1) All discounted items / on sale items are FINAL SALE AND are STRICTLY not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges.
2) All sales done through the website is final and we do not accept any refund.
However, customers may make an exchange if only:
- the item received does not fit you,
- unworn, unaltered, unused, unwashed and in sale-able condition, and
- comes with the original tags and packaging.
3) All exchange must be made within 7 days after the items arrived to the customers.
4) Please contact us by filling up the Return Request here beforehand, or can write an email to email@example.com and call our Customer Service at +6 03 2106 5065 if you wish to make and exchange.
5) All shipping cost shall be borne by the customers. If you wish to come to our store to make the exchange, it will always be free but do make a call beforehand.
6) All exchange is subjected to the stock's availability. In case of the size that you want is out of stock, we will replace it with store credit at the same value of the items bought.
